W trakcie wykładu przyjrzymy się, w jaki sposób rozwiązania prawne i instytucjonalne pomagają specjalistom sprostać wyzwaniom związanym z pracą z różnorodnymi uczniami oraz radzeniem sobie z towarzyszącą temu niepewnością. Przedstawimy wnioski z interdyscyplinarnej i międzynarodowej dyskusji, która prowadzi nas do głębszego zrozumienia doświadczeń nauczycieli, specjalistów, uczniów i rodziców zaangażowanych w edukację włączającą oraz w stronę rozwoju modeli wsparcia edukacyjnego w krajach V4.
What does inclusive education look like in the Visegrad Group countries? Who is a student with special needs and how do the educational systems of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary provide them with appropriate conditions for development? Teachers from the V4 countries work in societies with a high level of uncertainty avoidance. During the lecture, we will look at how legal and institutional solutions help professionals meet the challenges of working with diverse students and coping with the uncertainty that comes with it. We will present conclusions from an interdisciplinary and international discussion that leads us to a deeper understanding of the experiences of teachers, professionals, students and parents involved in inclusive education and towards the development of educational support models in the V4 countries.
