Author of the book GinekoLOGICZNIE [GynaecoLOGICALLY] and the blog ‘Life after cancer’. Creatively explains gynaecology, cancer care, and going through cancer treatment on her social media – among others, on her Instagram page. Each month, she does a live broadcast of a breast self-exam.
Teaches patient experience as part of postgraduate programme at two universities – to gynaecologists and physiotherapists. She inspects medical institutions. Artist by education – she completed photography and Polish studies and received her doctorate at the Łódź Film School. Right when she was about to defend her doctoral thesis, she learned that she had cervical cancer. She has undergone two sets of treatments.
