We invite you to submit proposals for the programme of the 10th edition of ŚFN. You can submit your lectures, workshops, science shows, exhibitions, artistic events and other activities to promote European, national, and Silesian science from 9 March to 19 April.
Recruitment schedule
The recruitment lasts until 19 April. Next steps:
● April-June: verification of applications by the Programme Council, content coordinators, and producers;
● early June: decisions to accept or reject activity submissions to the programme of the 10th ŚFN.
● mid-June: announcement with recruitment results.
How to submit a proposal to the programme?
In order to take part in the recruitment, you must complete the application form. Proposals to the programme can be submitted by:
● members of the academia,
● science communicators,
● promoters of culture and the arts,
● institutions carrying out statutory activities in the fields of science, culture, arts and education,
● partners of the research community,
● schools,
● public benefit organisations,
● sponsors.
The types of activities that can be submitted are: lectures, workshops, exhibition stands, exhibitions and other science communication activities. Based on the selection of the type of activity, the appropriate form will be made available to the applicant.
Once the application has been submitted, producers and content coordinators will contact the applicants.
