● ‘The real history of the Vistula Spit excavation’ (Sunday, 8 December)
We will look at the waterway under construction connecting the Baltic Sea with the Vistula Lagoon and Elbląg, treating it not as the work and subject of a dispute of figures known from today’s media and political scene, but as an idea that is already 450 years old.
● ‘Dąbrowski Mazurka for Scandinavians’ – lecture for schools (Monday, 9 December)
The lecture will focus on the third verse of the Polish National Anthem and the reasons why it is of particular interest to scholars of Scandinavian studies.
