The ninth edition of ŚFN is just around the corner! We present another group of outstanding scientists who will share their expert knowledge with us and inspire us to learn even more on our own.
The 9th ŚFN Katowice will feature, among others:
● Anna Bukiewicz-Szul – expert at the Polish Space Agency responsible for the educational programme for the IGNIS mission;
● Sam Gregson, PhD – particle physicist specialising in quantum mechanics and the asymmetry of matter and antimatter;
● Izabela Kowalska-Leszczyńska, PhD – employee of the Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she studies the heliosphere and the impact of solar activity on it;
● Łukasz Szwej – journalist at Polish Radio Katowice, creator of the channel Nie z tej Ziemi. Poznaj świat nauki! (Out of This World. Discover the World of Science!);
● Hanna Harkawy – founder and CEO of Ouli, a start-up developing a scar therapy system for women who have undergone caesarean sections;
● Rafał Sordyl – professional diplomat, head of the Defence Industry and Export Control Unit in the Security Policy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
● Justyna Holka-Pokorska, MD, FECSM – psychiatrist and sexologist, certified psychotherapist specialising in psychedelic-assisted therapy, affiliated with the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw;
● Witold Sobków – civil servant, diplomat, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
