W wystąpieniu zwrócimy uwagę na problem czerpania wiedzy na temat kryminalistyki z filmów i seriali kryminalnych. Media współcześnie stanowią jedno ze źródeł kultury prawnej, a ponieważ oddziałują obrazem i atrakcyjną treścią, mogą silniej wpływać na wyobrażenie o pracy organów ścigania i przyczyniać się do utrwalania nieprawidłowości co do sposobu ich działania. Zobrazujemy to filmowymi przykładami realizacji czynności okazania „wyglądu” podejrzanego i omówimy błędy, które są popełnianie podczas organizowania tej czynności, zarówno w filmie, jak i w prawdziwej pracy organów ścigania.
In our presentation, we will focus on the problem of gaining knowledge about forensics from crime films and series. Nowadays, the media constitute one of the sources of legal culture, and because they influence people through images and attractive content, they can have a stronger influence on the image of the work of law enforcement agencies and contribute to the perpetuation of irregularities in the way they operate. We will illustrate this with film examples of the execution of the activity of presenting the "appearance" of a suspect and discuss the mistakes that are made when organising this activity, both in the film and in the real work of law enforcement agencies.
