ŚFN Participants Get a Discount at Muzeum Śląskie!

Another, already fourth edition of the Silesian celebration of science will be held on 25-27 January 2020. Muzeum Śląskie (Silesian Museum) is a partner of the event. The participants of ŚFN get a discoount at Muzeum Śląskim!

If you show the evidence of your Festival registration, you will get a discount and pay PLN 12 (price of reduced group ticket for individual participants) or PLN 1 (price of ticket for schools, organised groups and amnassadors of the event), The promotion is valid from 25 January to 2 February 2020.

Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE is currently one of the largest popular science events in Poland and Europe. Several hundred scientific attractions were proposed during the last edition, among them: 153 exhibition booths, 116 lectures, 142 workshops and more than 79 various events on 3 stages at the International Congress Centre. Over 1,400 exhibitors, as well as over 250 speakers and lecturers, were responsible for presenting different aspects of science.

The 4th Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE will be officially opened with a gala ceremony including the performance of ‘Radiance: The Passion of Marie Curie’ directed by Alan Alda, which tells about the scientific passion of the phenomenal Polish double Nobel Prize winner. The main Festival attractions and activities include: six fields of knowledge (exact sciences, natural sciences, technology, humanities and social sciences, medical and health sciences, as well as the arts), electromobility zone that will make its debut at the Silesian Science Festival, sports zone, kids zone (this year accompanied by the activity zone whose participants will be able to learn how to develop proper habits related to correct body posture) and e-sports zone. The 4th Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE will host over 150 exhibition booths, dozens of lectures, workshops and meetings with interesting people (not only from the scientific community), held in the fields of knowledge in the multipurpose hall, on the main stage, in auditorium and lecture halls.
