The Privacy Policy describes the rules for processing your data, including personal data and cookie files.

5. The Website utilizes personal data for the following purposes:

  • running a newsletter
  • handling of inquiries via forms
  • handling orders – preparing, packaging, sending
  • providing the ordered services
  • handling the relevant accounting documents
  • collecting debts
  • presenting offers or information
  • complying with a legal obligation to which the Administrator of your personal data is subject in accordance to Art. 6 (1) (c) of GDPR to the extent that it is provided for by specific provisions (e.g. bookkeeping).

6. The website gathers user data and their behaviour in the following way:

  • through voluntary data submitted in the forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems;
  • through cookies saved on user’s devices.


Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

1. Login and personal data entry places are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the website are encoded on the user’s computer and can be read only by the target server.

2. The Operator periodically chances their administrator passwords.

3. A significant element of data protection is conducting regular updates of all types of software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular refers to regular updates of programming components.

Your rights and additional information on the use of data

1. In special cases the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to complete the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following recipient groups:

  • persons authorised by us, employees and co-workers who need access to your personal data to fulfil their duties,
  • hosting company,
  • mailing companies,
  • SMS messaging companies,
  • companies with whom the Administration cooperates regarding its own marketing,
  • couriers,
  • insurance providers,
  • legal firms and debt collectors,
  • banks,
  • payment operators,
  • public authorities.

2. Your personal data are processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to conduct related activities specified in separate provisions (e.g. on bookkeeping). Marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

3. You have the right to request the Administrator to:

  • provide you access to the personal data concerning you,
  • correct them,
  • remove them,
  • restrict their processing,
  • and transfer the data.

4. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 (c) on processing personal data to exercise legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be applied if there are valid and legally justified grounds for the processing, overriding interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the determination, exercise or defence of claims.

5. The Administrator’s actions are subject to a complaint to the President of the Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

6. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to operate the Website.

7. In relation to you, automated decision-making activities, including profiling for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purposes of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator might be undertaken.

8. Personal data are not transferred to third party countries in accordance with the law on personal data protection. This means that we are not sending those data outside the European Union.


Information in forms

1. The Website collects information submitted voluntarily by the user, including the personal data, if submitted.

2. The Website may record connection data (timestamps, IP address).

3. The Website, in some cases, may record a piece of information facilitating matching the data provided in a form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such cases, the user’s e-mail will appear inside the url address of the site containing the form.

4. Data provided in forms are processed for the purposes resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to complete a service request, business contact, service registration etc. Each time, the context and description of the form inform the user in a clear way of its purpose.

1. User behaviour information may be subject to logging. Those data are used to manage the Website.


Important marketing techniques

1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the United States). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s device. As per the information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www. google. com/ads/preferences/.

1. The Website uses cookies.

2. Cookies are data files, text files specifically, stored on the User’s device to enable the use of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website on which they were created, the duration of their storage on the device, and their unique number.

3. The entity placing cookie files on the User’s device is the Website User and the entity gaining access to them is the Website Operator.

4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • maintaining the User’s session (after they log in) removing the need to enter the User’s login information and password on each webpage of the Website;

Note that disabling cookies necessary for the authentication and security processes, as well as to maintain the User’s preferences might make it difficult or, in extreme cases impossible, to access and browse www pages.
