“Dietetic Ring” is a dynamic and interactive event prepared by the Department of Nutrition and Supplementation of the University of Physical Education in Katowice especially for the Silesian Science Festival. During the event, dietitians and specialists in human nutrition and supplementation will tackle a series of controversial, often polarising questions that have been sparking heated discussions in the world of dietary science and practice for years. In a format reminiscent of a face-to-face debate, experts will answer difficult questions about popular trends, nutritional myths, the limits of supplementation, and the challenges of modern dietetics. Each response will be an opportunity to present solid, evidence-based arguments, but also to show the diversity of approaches and interpretations.
