Adam Robiński will be our guest at the 6th ŚFN KATOWICE!

Although he lives in Warsaw, he constantly travels around Poland. Travels help him about nature and all other things bordering on nature and art. He is a certified guide at the Kampinos National Park and... an expert in human-beaver relations. Adam Robiński will be a guest at the 6th edition of the Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE.

Already, his two first books Hajstry. Krajobraz bocznych dróg [Black storks. The landscape of side roads] and Kiczery. Podróż przez Bieszczady [Mountainsides. A journey through Bieszczady Mountains]. Both have received several awards and nominations for literary and travel awards, including the Grand Prix of the Andrzej Zawada Mountain Festival in Ladek-Zdrój and the Magellan Award. Through his latest book, Pałace na wodzie [Palaces on Water], the author has invited us into the kingdom of beavers, depicting the relationship that exists between these amazing animals and humans. Readers had the opportunity to find out, among others, what reintroduction of this species, which just a few decades ago was on the brink of extinction, looked like.
