During the meeting, we will take a look at the fascinating world of artificial intelligence – from algorithms that recognise faces faster than we do, to systems that can write poetry, compose music and... drive cars (though not always correctly). We'll talk about how AI is changing our lives – from science and medicine to social media – and the risks it poses when it starts thinking "its own way." Is the development of artificial intelligence a step towards a better future or the beginning of problems we are not yet aware of? I invite you to a lecture full of interesting facts, reflections and light humour – a serious topic, but it does not have to be deadly serious.
