Proponowane warsztaty będą przestawiać przebieg procesu karnego poprzez prezentacje stadiów procesu – tj. przygotowawczego, jurysdykcyjnego oraz wykonawczego, z wyróżnieniem najistotniejszych kwestii, takich jak: przedstawienie zarzutów, wniesienie aktu oskarżenia, przebieg rozprawy czy też wniesienie apelacji. Wydarzenie będzie miało na celu przedstawienie rzeczywistego przebiegu postępowania i „odczarowanie" go z wyobrażeń, które stworzyła popkultura. Prawa i obowiązki obywateli winny być znane niezależnie od wieku czy kierunku kształcenia, zwłaszcza w procesie karnym, który ma instrumenty wpływające i ograniczające prawa i wolność człowieka. Warsztaty mają zainspirować do odkrywania tematyki procesu karnego.
The proposed workshops will present the course of the criminal process by presenting the stages of the process – i.e. preparatory, jurisdictional and enforcement, highlighting the most important issues such as: presenting the charges, filing the indictment, the course of the trial and filing an appeal. The event will aim to present the actual course of the proceedings and "disenchant" it from the imagination created by pop culture. The rights and obligations of citizens should be known regardless of age or field of education, especially in criminal proceedings, which have instruments that influence and limit human rights and freedoms. The workshops are intended to inspire exploration of the subject of criminal proceedings.
